As the President of ReFi, Malok leads the vision, strategy, and regional growth of the organization. A lifelong youth advocate and community builder, he brings a strong background in humanitarian leadership, education, and grassroots sports. At Red Flames FC, he supports talent development and player welfare.
Vice President – Red Flames International President – Red Flames FC
Akol is a driving force behind Red Flames FC and plays a key leadership role at ReFi. As President of the club, he oversees competitive growth, talent acquisition, and strategic partnerships. At ReFi, he supports operational coordination and mentorship programs.
Co-Founder & Head of Scouting (Kenya)
Mading leads ReFi’s scouting operations across Kenya, identifying top talent in underserved and rural communities. His passion for youth football and sharp scouting instincts have helped elevate dozens of young athletes into elite development pathways.
Roving Head of Scouting – East Africa
Akech travels extensively across the region, ensuring hidden talent in remote areas gets noticed and nurtured. He plays a crucial role in maintaining ReFi’s grassroots connection and expanding access to opportunity.
